Her er svarene:

When you come to Norway to train with Darren Webster-Clarke, what do you search for?

Richard Green: - We are both clear on what positions I need in my swing to play good, so we work hard on getting the alignments back in place, I tend to fall back into old habits so to be able to Work in the swing lab and constantly check the Positions with the Cameras is perfect practice for me. We work more Technical when I am in Oslo which allows us to focus on other things at tournaments.

How do you practice with Darren during your sessions?

- Intensely! We are both perfectionists so we tend to work until we get to the point where we are both satisfied. We also played Firestone on the Simulators as I will be playing there this year, that was excellent to get a feel for where I want to be positioning the ball on the course. I played simulators with my father when I was younger but these here at ToppGolf Innesvingen are way better, I am going to bring my friends over next time you can have some real fun on them.

What are your plans and goals for the season?

- To Play the Masters, that is my early Goal. I am In the Open so looking for a Best finish there. I always have a goal of reaching a million euros on the Order of Merit.

Do you have any advice for for our Norwegian new established pros and the better amateurs?

- If you want to do something badly and if that is golf, then remember your dreams of being a golfer and put that at no.1 and do your best to deal with all aspects of the game, and make the sacrifices to achieve your golf, also ensure you have the right team around you.

When is your next tournament?

Deciding! Just decided with Darren!! Playing Sicily and Malaga, my last two chances to get in the Masters. The last time I came to Norway I won 2 weeks after, so I am hoping for a similar result, the work has been good so I hope to get back into the Top 50 quickly.

Do you meet any practical difficulties being a left hander in golf?

- No.

What does equipment mean to you?

- Everything has to be right and set up exactly to fit you. Golf is eliminating the possibilities of anything going wrong, equipment swing mind. You have to play at your full potential so why leave anything to chance.

How do you get clubs that are correct for you?

- It can only be decided by yourself, you immediately know if the club is working, lots of testing and do not persist with a club that is wrong, you need to eliminate the possibility of it biting you on the course.

Good luck with your season!
